Returns
At Romvexa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized products
- Opened hygiene-related products where applicable
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

- Product Name
- Reason for Return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
